What is Infant Massage? Primal touch infant massage is one of the easiest and most pleasant methods of providing early positive interaction through bonding, trust and relief. Infant massage incorporates nurturing touch , massage and reflexology.
Who can learn infant massage? infant massage can be easily learned by parents, grandparents, primary care givers or infant massage instructors. Infant massage is fun, easy and babies can enjoy the benefits of a healthy touch.

 
Courses & Fees Courses are 5 days, taught in two and a half weeks, 1-2 hours per session For infants ages 3 weeks to crawling. Each participant receives a copy of Infant Massage, a handbook for Loving Parents and a bottle of massage oil. Each parent and baby receives individualized instruction and attention to special needs such as colic or prematurity. You will learn benefits of nurturing step-by-step massage and relaxation techniques. Vimala Schneider’s Touch Relaxation, a technique which enables infants to learn how to relax in response to nursing touch and techniques which effectively address discomforts such as gas or congestion. Fees: $40 per group session or a total cost for all 5 sessions $195 Private sessions $55 per hour Parenting home visit $55 per hour 3 hour minimum Hospital, Community and Corporate Training $175 per hour

Modern western cultures are rediscovering ancient traditions of infant massage. Loving touching and nurturing contact between care giver and infant shows clinical evidence as positive upon development and health.
